一、 委托事项/Entrusted issues

二、 受托人代理权限包括/Scope of Power of Attorney
受托人有权代理委托人从事下列事项：
代为调查取证，代为起诉立案及修改起诉状，代为撤诉、上诉，代为出庭陈述事实、举证质证、代为承认、变更、放弃诉讼请求，代为调解和解，代领法律文书及标的款物，代为申请执行、领取执行款物等程序性和实体性权利。
Client hereby authorizes the Attorneys to act on his behalf of him in the following matters:
To make investigation and collecting evidence; filing the case with court and if necessary, amending the complaint letter; withdrawing a lawsuit; filing an appeal case; make statement in the court hearing; presenting evidence, make cross-examination of the evidence provided by the other party; recognizing, changing or abandoning claims; settling a lawsuit by mediation and reconciliation; receiving legal documents and subject matter; applying for enforcement of court judgement, as well as collecting the proceeds of lawsuit on behalf of Client; and other procedural and substantive rights in connection with this law suit.
